St.Demetrios Community Hall
St. Demetrios Community Hall is the perfect place for hosting all types of events including Socials, Weddings, Christenings, Engagements, Dinner & Dances, Birthday Parties, Funeral and Memorial Wakes etc. The hall is fully air-conditioned and it has a maximum capacity of 150 people. It can be decorated by the user relevant to their function.
How to book the community hall
Please follow the steps and complete your booking. All the bookings have to be confirmed manually.
Steps
- Select type of Service
- Select a day from the calendar by clicking on it.
- Once the day is open, single click. The system will display the available time slots.
- Select a time slot you would like to book
- You will receive an e-mail with your provisional booking details. Please check your spam or bulk folder if email is not in your inbox within 10 minutes of booking.
Notices
- Email us a copy of the Hall Hire agreement (download it here) and send it to us at info@stdemetrios.org.uk together with proof of deposit payment.
